Since 2002 I’m have been working as a freelancer trainer, consultant, coach, interim project manager, turnaround manager and Scrum Master. In these functions I can’t have not only been able to apply my competences and strengths but also my big great passion for successful projects and for professional project management. I’ve complemented my long-term practical experience with continuous education, e.g. PMP®, European Business Coach, Certified Blended Learning trainer as well as Scrum Master.
In addition to this I am also the author and co-author of several project management related books which are published in Germany. „Projektmanagement – In 7 Schritten zum Erfolg“, erschienen in der Pocket-Power-Reihe des Hanser Verlags, München 2002 (4.
