COACHING
John Withmore:
„The coach is not a problem solver nor a teacher, a consultant, an instructor and not even an expert. He is a sounding board, promoter, adviser, he nurtures the consciousness.”
With this in mind I support your managers, project managers or team members in particular and challenging project situations. My attitude aims at „help for self-help“: The coachee can reflect him/herself, his/her behaviour and his/her effect on others. With my support he/she can gain new perspectives and develop and implement new approaches and behavior patterns.
Coaching is useful e.g. in order to:

    | |
  | prepare for difficult situations in negotiations |

    | | | encourage leadership competence |

    | | | support in case of unclear understanding of one’s role |

    | | | support in personal career planning |
As a certified European Business Coach a pragmatic approach is a matter of particular
concern to me.
I view coaching as a management method which is suitable in the case of achieving a certain result with a neutral person’s support.
